The Western Washington Chapter was formed on May 21,1955. Today, our chapter roster is over 400 members who hold various IREM® designations and memberships. We promote ethical real estate management practices and the highest quality education to our members.

Backed by the IREM® brand the power and the power that comes with being an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, we add value to our members, who in turn add value to their teams, their workplaces, and the properties in their portfolios. With a global membership of more than 20,000 individuals, we share the same ideals: to advance the profession of real estate management; to support our members and others in the industry through every stage of their career; to provide the tools our members need to succeed; to provide the industry standard in credentialling for property management professionals. Our memberships empower college students, young professionals, and industry veterans who are committed to career advancement.
