COMMUNICATIONS & CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Communication and Conflict Resolution will introduce conflict as a positive and include tools to enhance customer service, mediation, and problem solving. This session will cover communication basics including active listening, active speaking, what it means to engage in healthy conflict, and how to navigate through challenges to promote "we win" results. We will discuss the emotional aspects related to conflict and discover how to have meaningful solution-orientated conversations.
Jessica Fern is the Director of Training and Development for FPI Management and has enjoyed spending her last six of ten years in property management working for FPI Management. Jessica is passionate about leadership and impacting how professionals thrive through personal development. Jessica enjoys training employee's across multiple states as well as writing and developing training and is on a mission to impact the culture of property management. Jessica also loves long walks on the beach and spending time with her family in the Pacific Northwest.
